Terms and Conditions of Use of 567wi

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 567wi, a Sports Betting and online casino platform operated and made available exclusively for the Brazilian market. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 567wi, governing access to and use of all services, features, and content available on our platform.

3. Account Opening and Management

Providing false information may result in account closure and the withholding of any pending balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payments

• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;
• PicPay — deposit via digital wallet;

5. Withdrawals

• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• TED withdrawals are processed within 1 business day;
• 567wi charges no withdrawal fees on any available method;
• KYC verification (Section 3.2) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

The 567wi reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals or in cases where irregular activity is suspected. Withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is underway, without this resulting in permanent loss of the balance — except in the cases set out in Section 9 (User Conduct).

6.3 Cancelled or Suspended Bets

If an event is canceled before it starts, the bet will be fully refunded. If an event is suspended after it begins and is not resumed within the timeframe defined by the rules of 567wi, any unresolved markets will likewise be refunded. In accumulator bets, a cancelled event is removed from the accumulator and the odds are recalculated without that event.

6.4 Live Betting

In live betting, odds change constantly as the game unfolds. 567wi may temporarily suspend live markets during high-impact moments (goals, penalties, red cards) to recalculate odds. Bets confirmed before a suspension remain valid. 567wi reserves the right to void live bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error, with a full refund issued to the user.

6.5 Fraudulent Bets

Bets that show a pattern of systematic odds abuse, use of automated arbitrage software, or any form of platform manipulation may be voided. The 567wi monitors betting patterns to protect the integrity of the platform and all its users.

• Participating in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation;

• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your credentials;

• Distributing viruses, malware, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform.

13.2 Termination by 567wi

The 567wi may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification processes;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Use of automation software or bet manipulation;
• Opening multiple accounts by the same user;
